Shipping and returning your order
Have you ordered a bike from Nesopen and would you like to know how shipping your order works? Or do you have questions about returning your order? Read more about shipping and returning your bike below.
Shipping
When you order your bike from Nesopen, your bike will always be sent to the selected Nesopen store. When completing your order, you choose a Nesopen store near you. After ordering the bike, Nesopen will ensure that your selected bike store is aware of your order. You can always view the status of your order via your Nesopen account.
Once the bike has been delivered to the store, the dealer will make an appointment with you when you can pick up the bike. A number of stores can also deliver your bike to your home. Ask your store about the options. Always bring the email you received from us and your ID with you when picking up your bike. The dealer will then check whether you actually ordered the bike from Nesopen. After all checks, the bike will be fully adjusted to you and you can cycle away immediately.

The status of your order
Your order can have different statuses from purchase to delivery, you can view these in your Nesopen account. Below we explain the different statuses to keep you as well informed as possible about your order.
01
On hold: we have received your order, but unfortunately something went wrong. Please contact customer service to resolve this.
02
Pending payment: we have not yet received payment.
03
In progress: we are compiling and processing your order.
04
Processing: we are compiling and processing your order.
05
Order confirmed: we have received your order in good order.
06
On its way to the store: your bike has left our factory and is being shipped to your Nesopen store.

Delivered to the store: your bike has been delivered to your Nesopen store and we wish you lots of cycling fun.
Returning your order
Are you still not satisfied with your Nesopen bike? Then you can revoke the agreement within 14 days after receipt from the Nesopen dealer without giving a reason. It is important that the bike is not used and that the bike can be sold as new. If you have any doubts about the bike, we advise you to view the bike at the dealer and leave it there to limit signs of use.
If you do not collect the bike from the store, the dealer will contact Nesopen to cancel the order. The dealer can then take over the bike or return it to Nesopen. We can also contact you to ask why the bike is not being collected.
