Bicycle frame size overview

In the table below you will find an overview to help you get started. Frame sizes may vary for each bike model, so always check the available sizes for your specific model. Frequently Asked Questions about Frame Sizes

Because we use different frames for our bikes, you may be advised multiple frame sizes. Especially if you have an average body height, almost every bike is available in a suitable frame size.

In addition, your ideal frame size depends on a number of factors: type of bike (e.g. e-bike or city bike), your inner leg length, sitting position and whether you want a suspension saddle. Your personal preference is also important. We therefore always advise you to take a test ride, so that you can experience the differences in frame sizes for yourself.

Do you want to calculate which frame size bike you need for your height? You can! Then quickly grab a tape measure and calculator and calculate it yourself.

1. Grab a tape measure
2. Take off your shoes and socks
3. Place your feet 20 cm apart
4. Measure the distance from your crotch to the ground
5. Multiply this distance by 0.68. This is your ideal frame size.

Do you have a bike with a sprung seat post? Then subtract your frame size by 4 before multiplying it.

You can find the frame size of your Nesopen bike on the sticker near your bottom bracket, above the lock or on the tube under the saddle.
