Frequently Asked Warranty Questions
Nesopen warrants the frame and non-suspension fork against material and structural defects for not less than ten years under normal handling, use and maintenance;
Suspension forks are warranted for five years;
The paint on the frame and fork is warranted for five years;
Other parts on the bicycle are warranted for two years under normal use and maintenance.
The warranty starts as soon as you buy the bike. This way you can ride your bike right away without any worries.
You can arrange warranty for bicycle parts or frames through your Nesopen dealer. Do you have any further questions about warranty? Please contact our customer service.
You can arrange complaints and warranty requests through your Nesopen dealer. He or she will forward us the purchase invoice describing the complaint. We then assess whether there is a warranty.
Please note: If your Nesopen dealer incurs costs when completing and sending the claim, he can charge you for these costs. These can be, for example, the shipping costs for the bicycle and/or parts.
The assembly costs are always borne by the consumer, but the dealer from whom you purchased or picked up the bicycle may agree on compensation for him from Nesopen. Did you buy the bicycle from another store? Then the costs are usually passed on to you.
You can then take your original purchase invoice to another Nesopen dealer. He or she can then take further steps with the warranty for you.
Nesopen offers a two-year warranty on the batteries. Please note that every battery wears out with use. This wear is not covered by the warranty. Read more about our e-bike batteries here. Do you have problems with your battery? Then visit your Nesopen dealer.
